Beautiful Traps – Yiying Lu
In this speed painting tutorial the artist has chosen a theme around carnivorous plants. Each of the pictures shows a beautiful female wearing a hat, but not an ordinary hat, no these hats are plants. The following plants were used in each of the pictures: Rafflesia Arnoldii, Sundew, Voodoo Lily, Venus Flytrap, Sarracenia Leucophylla, Nepenthes Truncata and Nepenthes Rafflesianaan. All the pictures are very striking to the eye and the added twist is the magnificent hats that they are wearing. A very different but very effective idea.
